Below are answers to a few frequently asked questions…

What kind of prints Do you Sell?

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, these are digital prints on 80# uncoated smooth white cover stock paper.

How long before i receive my order?

Prints usually ship out every Saturday. They are shipped from the 60641 zip code, so orders going to addresses anywhere within the Chicagoland area should arrive within a day or two.

How much is shipping?

$11. It is a lot, but UPS Ground costs more than $7, and packing materials cost more than $4 on top of that…ouch! If you order more than five prints, your prints will be shipped in two separate tubes at no extra charge.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Just place your order through the site and then send me an email telling me you’d like to pick it up. We can arrange a time and a day for a contactless pickup, and then I’ll refund the shipping charges once you pick it up from my home. Also, for travel distance purposes, you’d be picking up in Portage Park, near Berteau and Laramie.

I didn’t get any tracking info, have you shipped my print yet?

The ordering system is set up to send tracking info once I make the label for your order. If it is the Saturday after you order and you haven’t received tracking info yet, please reach out and I’ll check on the status and send you the tracking number ASAP.

Can I exchange the prints or return them for a refund?

All sales are final, and no items can be exchanged or returned for a refund. The only exception to this is if the prints are delivered in a package that was obviously damaged by the USPS. If that is the case, please contact me and send photos of the damaged shipping tube and prints.

When will you make a (fill in the blank) Design?

I hope to release new designs a few times each year. The list of "neighborhoods to work on" is long, but don't hesitate to contact me if you have an idea or suggestion.

Can I buy a custom-sized print?

Yes! Contact me if you'd like to order a custom sized Neighborhood Tourism print. Let me know the size you’re thinking, and I'll get back to you soon after with pricing information.
